Technical

The interview is in two rounds. We want to see how much you know about AWS services and CI/CD pipelines. We'll talk about designing cloud infrastructure, automating stuff, and how to deploy things with AWS tools. You should be able to show us you can build and run systems that scale, are secure, and work well. We'll focus on AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and EKS, and also on automating pipelines, connecting them, and deploying to different places. We'll check your technical problem-solving and how you'd use this in the real world.

Behavioral Technical Case

After applying, I had a phone interview where they asked about my interest in the company. Then, I had a chat with the hiring team that was a mix of behavioral and technical. The behavioral part was the usual questions about past projects I mentioned on my resume. For the technical part, they threw in a few case study questions.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Had four 30-minute interviews back-to-back in a small conference room. The first interviewer was 15 mins late and didn't apologize, which felt a bit disrespectful. Some interviewers seemed rushed and disorganized, like they didn't want to be there. A few seemed disinterested and kept firing questions to test how I handle pressure. The interview itself wasn't hard, just disorganized and rushed. After this, recruitment said they might offer a lesser entry-level role despite my 7 years of experience and applying for a mid-level one. The whole recruitment process felt disorganized. Because of this experience, I probably wouldn't consider this company again.
