It was open interviews, and the process was easy. I was interviewed by one person, but this was years ago, so it might be different now. Just be confident going in because most of the training is done on the job.

The whole thing took about 2 days. I applied online and got a call the same day. The next day, I went in for an interview and they offered me the job right then. For the interview, first I had to do a computer test where I had to enter info and listen to recordings of people giving their names and addresses. Then there was a multiple choice quiz about customer service scenarios. If I passed those, I then interviewed with the HR manager. It was a pretty standard interview, just asking why I wanted to work there and stuff like that. After the offer, I accepted and had to do a saliva drug test that same day. The HR manager told me they'd also do a background check. I started training a few days later.

You will have to take some tests for data entry speed, typing, and multiple choice questions. If you pass those, you'll get an interview with HR. If they decide to hire you, they will call you, and then you have to do a drug test and pass a background check. After being hired, you start on the date given because you will begin with others in a classroom setting.
