The interview process involved answering questions based on a scenario. The scenario was really easy to handle if you knew how to use Google. Everything they asked was available on Google. The interview was super easy to pass, I don't get how they pick people.

It was a really simple interview process. After applying with basic info, I had to do a voice test on the computer and then a skills test. They checked how clear my voice was and if I did the task correctly and with good grammar. Then I got an email saying if I got the job, and I had to read the tutorial and start.

I had to pass a practice test where I had to order a sandwich. Then the actual test started. It involved a practice task that simulated what the job would be like if I got it. It was a pretty straightforward task, basically just searching for information online.
