It was a question and answer session and it was pretty easy. They asked about my research skills, customer service, and attention to detail. They also asked if I was courteous and why I want to work with the company and why I'm seeking this position.

First, I had to create an account and authorize them to check my Gmail and Chrome usage, which felt weird giving them PC access but it was necessary. I bypassed this security check using a separate PC. I went straight to a quiz without any intro chat. The quiz had simple word usage questions and a fun part where I ordered a sandwich using voice. Then, I picked one of two sample client questions, choosing the harder one. I spent a lot of time on it, double-checking everything. I think maybe I did too much on that question. I also noticed that the 'nearest cross streets' question had a suspicious answer easily found on Google, making me wonder if it was a trick or deliberately planted wrong info. So be careful with that one if it's still there.

It was a basic phone interview, and it was pretty easy. Once you're accepted, you start working. Starting is actually harder than the interview because most of us are nervous when we begin since there's no formal training. You have to read the employee tutorial, learn the do's and don'ts, and then start claiming tasks. You'll need to successfully complete a few selected tasks at first, and then you'll get access to the full dashboard of tasks. My advice is to do a lot of Google research, and if you've worked as a concierge or have an administrative background, you'll be successful at this job.

I had to pass a practice test where I had to order a sandwich. Then the actual test started. It involved a practice task that simulated what the job would be like if I got it. It was a pretty straightforward task, basically just searching for information online.
