The interviewer talked about my past jobs and looked over my resume. They asked about other places I've worked and if I had my bartender's license. They also asked if I knew anyone working at this place already.

It was super easy. I went in, and the interview was only about 10 minutes long. They asked me about my past jobs, school, and general experience. I got the job right then and there and finished all the paperwork that same day. The training was four days long, paid, and really helpful.

It was a pretty easy interview process, though not the most professional. The director seemed like they might have been hungover, and the manager was late for our meeting, even though the restaurant wasn't even open yet. The tour of the kitchen wasn't great, it wasn't very well-maintained. They ended up taking over two weeks to get back to me, by which time I'd already accepted a job somewhere else.

It's normally on spot. If there are 3 managers present, you get interviewed right away and are told if you received the job or not. The managers can be quite friendly, some may be quirky and a bit judgmental. They don't call if you don't get the job. And ask that you don't call to check on your application because they will call you.
