You apply online and then get a call, usually within 2 days. If not, give them a call. Next, you'll have an in-person interview at the store with a manager. Be real, open, and nice. They're looking for honesty and to see if you're friendly and pay attention. Just a heads-up, you have to pass an easy online quiz, and they can't hire you if you have a felony.

The interview process was very easy. I interviewed with the store manager and the district manager. I had a prior (misdemeanor) and let them know about it. They were okay with it and the District Manager said he would override it. The DM offered me the position, but then HR went against his decision.

It was mostly small talk. A store manager and a field consultant spoke with me. They asked a few questions about me. I think they were mainly assessing my comfort level in talking with new people. I had done my research beforehand and knew a good amount about the company and its operations, which seemed to impress them.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The interview was more of a conversation than a Q&A session.
