Behavioral Technical

It wasn't too bad, lots of behavioral questions came up. They asked for basic info like my strengths and weaknesses and my availability. There were also scenario questions. It was an easy interview to get ready for, I just looked up common interview questions online and prepared some answers.

You need to apply online or use the store's computer. If you get a call back for an interview, be sure to bring your ID and contacts, and you'll have to take a drug test. After that, they might call you back in a few days. The whole process is pretty fast and efficient. I mostly talked about when I can work, what pay I'm looking for, and what job I'd do in the store.

i applied online, then the manager called me a few days later for an interview. the interview lasted about 20-30 minutes. after the interview i was hired and started with the assessments. you have to fill out your forms on their computer, it does take a while. training took 3 days mainly because there are a few forms to fill out.
