The interview process was quite disorganized. For the first interview, I actually had to stand because there were no chairs. The general manager I spoke with spent time discussing his employees. Although I was offered the job, I never received a start date, which in hindsight, I'm okay with.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and took around 15 minutes over the phone. The initial pay offer was a bit low, so I ended up negotiating with both the manager and the district manager. After we settled on a better salary, I accepted the offer.

It started with a test, then some questions, then talking to me and showing me how things operate. Then a walk-through of the store. After that, I met with bosses and did paperwork. I also had some things on the computer, a drug test, and a background check. There was more paperwork, and I met some of the workers, learning how they unload trucks and how to operate the computer, etc.
