Intern
The whole process was super fast, like only a week from test results to the final panel/interview. It kicked off with a group activity where we did a quick personal intro and talked about the Falconi value we related to most. The group case was about setting up a solution using the PDCA method. Then, about a day or so later, we had the individual case/panel which had to be done within 24 hours. The task was to come up with a fresh idea for one of Falconi's areas, using AI. The presentation and interview part was short, just 10 minutes – 3 mins for the solution pitch and 7 mins for questions about it and general interview stuff.
- What made you choose Falconi?
- What do you imagine a consultant's daily work looks like?
- Who would be the target customers for your solution?
Intern
The process was very well conducted, recruiters and managers were very enthusiastic. First, there's a 2-minute presentation, and then a link is provided to go straight to a presentation with questions for our group to answer together and organize ourselves for the presentation. It takes 30 to 40 minutes where you'll have to organize everything, and after the presentations, the managers and recruiters thank you and the next day they comment on the panel. Note: I believe this panel is only for the approved candidate, but there's no information or feedback after the dynamic, zero contact!!!

Intern
The selection process included logic tests, a cultural fit assessment, and a video recording via the company's platform. The initial stages were fairly standard, neither more nor less difficult than usual. The interview, conducted via video conference, was with HR and was the final stage. I had to give a 2-minute self-introduction (pitch) and then answer questions based on what I shared. I found it to be a good experience as it was the first time I received personalized, one-on-one feedback. The recruiter was very kind and transparent, also pointing out aspects (positive and negative) that would benefit me in other interviews, even though she herself might not follow all of them (at least not in our brief interaction). For those considering applying, make sure you are certain you truly want to work for the consultancy and are willing, even as an intern, to dedicate much more than what's stated in the contract. Based on the feedback, this seemed to be a significant expectation, and it would truly prevent future frustrations.
- Tell me about yourself.
- What would make you quit Falconi after being approved?
- Specific questions about my background.
