A Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn for the first stage, and we had a 30min phone chat. After getting a positive response, a technical interview was set up with a senior consultant. This was an online conversation that delved into my professional and academic background. It was a pretty relaxed and pleasant chat.

They started with an online test, followed by three interviews. The first interview was with HR, and the other two were with consultants of varying seniority levels within the company. There was a strong emphasis on cultural fit and then on technical knowledge. Previous consulting experience is a plus.
