Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at FALCONI.
Business Analyst
Entrevista com consultor e depois com Diretor, que aprofundou sobre experiências e fit com o cargo. O Diretor tinha muita experiência e pudemos aprofundar sobre a proposta de valor da Falconi e como tem evoluído ao longo dos anos.
- In which "Line" of the P&L could you contribute the most to a company?
Business Analyst
I had applied for another position at the company but wasn't accepted. Some time later, I received an email inviting me to this interview. I believe I didn't have to do tests because I had already done them for the other position. The tests I did were very short (less than 20min) and high difficulty (for me). The interview consisted of a personal presentation in English and another section where I had to review a book (Economics or Consulting). Afterwards, the 2 interviewers asked a series of personal questions and then opened it up for me to ask questions. I received the rejection by email.
- What challenges do you foresee in the daily life of a consultant?
Business Analyst Intern
It was a great experience. They communicated well throughout. The selection starts with a cultural fit assessment. Then there are online tests (English and logic), which are both challenging and well-designed. After that, there's an online interview, an in-person interview in São Paulo, and an English call. It's important to have a good level of English, truly know the company and its culture, study the consulting market, and stay updated on daily events.
- Tell me about yourself beyond what's on your resume.
- What kind of person would you find most difficult to work with, and how would you handle that situation?
