I had an initial chat with the recruiter who told me about the team. After that, I moved on to a technical screening where I was asked to code a string validator. I also handled some extra test cases but missed a few edge cases. The interviewer thought my approach was good and that I could have gotten the edge cases with more time. I received a standard rejection email four days later.

Technical Coding

The assessment was pretty thorough and challenging, especially if you're more focused on front-end development. I'd suggest practicing LeetCode and similar platforms because the algorithm problems were quite unique, possibly ones you haven't encountered before. It was a tough but rewarding challenge, even though I didn't quite make it.

The interview process was well thought out. It started with a screen to ensure everyone was on the same page, followed by a coding phone screen with an engineer. The problem presented was challenging but manageable. Subsequently, I attended a full day of three interviews with engineers. There was ample time to discuss the company's values and their alignment with mine. Following this, I had one-on-one meetings with the CEO, CTO, and CIO to confirm my suitability. They seemed very committed to selecting the right individuals and were actively involved in the process.
