It began with a phone screen with HR, but they couldn't answer my questions about job capabilities and support. Then, I had a Zoom interview with a planning director, asking typical questions about my experience and goals. The last part, weeks later, involved two 30-minute role-plays back-to-back, with the case studies given 30 minutes before. This was followed by a 45-minute final interview with the same director, who was quite cold and uninterested, and asked some really hard questions. They said I'd know about next steps in a few days, but I just got a standard email saying I didn't get the job. It felt really unprofessional at the end, and the questioning was intense, like an interrogation. I asked them to delete my application from their system.

It was a good experience overall, the people were great and things moved fast. It started with a recruiter call where they asked basic questions. Then there was a second call with HR, which included more in-depth questions and a WonScore assessment to complete beforehand. After that, I had a Zoom meeting with the Director of Planning. I was given some reading material and then asked more background and planning questions during the call. Next, there was a series of Zoom interviews, along with a writing assignment that simulated a typical workday at Facet and client interactions, basically a role play with a planning scenario. The final step was an interview with the CAO. The total time for all interviews was 2 hours and 45 minutes. The entire process took about 3 weeks.
