So the first interview was a phone call with HR, and she asked me about my experience as a PM and gave me an overview of the company. Then, I had an interview in English with a VP manager in the US. After that, I had another interview with a PM director, also in English. The final interview was with two product managers, where they asked about my work routine in my previous role and to describe the product I managed.

The whole interview was online because of covid. It started with an intro and then building a restful web service for fabric jobs, with the interviewer giving me hints. Next was a design interview where I had to design a solution for a fabric world problem and explain it to two developers. After that, I had a chat with the R&D manager and a group lead. The last step was an HR chat. I turned down the offer because I had another one I wanted to check out. This company seems poised for massive growth, so I definitely recommend applying.

Talked to HR first, then did an online home assignment where I had to write a backend server. The task was to implement a system for a storage where cells (shelves) have characteristics and capacity, and to find a suitable shelf for a product based on its needs (e.g., refrigeration, capacity). I was given less than 90 minutes to complete it, with the added challenge of making the system easily extensible.

- This server should assign a character to each shelf, signifying its properties.
- For instance, if we receive 5 units of milk, the server needs to identify a shelf that has at least 5 available spots (out of 10 total) and possesses the 'refrigeration' characteristic.
