Got an email after applying to chat with the coordinator. There were 4 rounds total. The first 3 were okay, but the last interviewer, the manager, didn't seem to know what they were talking about. I waited a week after that last round for an update and saw the job posted again. I had to follow up myself to even find out I didn't get the job. They said they wanted to fill the role quickly, so I had to rush to fit interviews into my workday. It was a really bad experience. Just a heads up to anyone else who might waste their time.

The interview process was focused on behavioral and real-world experience. I had the chance to meet with client leads to go over recruiting strategies. We talked about best practices for hiring manager and candidate engagement, how to handle conflicts, and what it's like to work in a high-volume recruiting setting. We also discussed the shift from recruiting in specific industries to profiling candidates based on their behaviors.

I met with some of the team, leaders, and even a customer. Everyone was really nice, intelligent, and welcoming. It was exactly as advertised before I came in.
