I applied online and it took a while to get the phone screen set up because the HR person was out on vacation. Eventually, about three weeks after applying, I had a phone interview. It was a standard screening, covering networking and Linux system stuff. After that, I flew to Seattle for the onsite interviews. It included two hours of technical questions and then 30 minutes each of managerial and behavioral interviews. They were good about covering travel expenses, including flights, taxis, and meals.
