The technical interview was quite bad. It started without introductions and ended without giving me a chance to ask questions. The interviewers clearly need more training. They didn't seem to be paying attention during the technical exercise, which involved improving a piece of code they provided. They were frequently looking away, and when I asked a question, one interviewer had to ask for a moment to look at my screen, which made me feel like they weren't actually paying attention.

I had a lot of trouble with the HR part regarding documents and start dates because of the upcoming holidays, but I stayed on top of the HR team.
