So first I had this phone screening with the hiring manager, she asked me some really basic stuff like 'tell me about yourself' and 'why do you think you're a good fit'. then I had a video interview with the person I would be working with and they asked more specific questions about the job and some accounting stuff, like debits and credits.

I got contacted and interviewed two different times since I interviewed at two different locations. Usually, they only do one interview with two to three people. It was a normal interview and there was also a small five minute test. They did a credit check and, as far as I know, they contacted references and past employers.
