The first round was a one-on-one with the CEO, which made me nervous at first, but we clicked. The president is super ambitious and has a great outlook. Then, the second round was with a top corporate trainer who showed me the ropes for the entry-level role. The trainer was really helpful and made sure I understood everything. It was a tough interview but fun, and a process I wasn't used to but enjoyed. I didn't get the offer, but I want to improve my resume and try again soon.

It was weird when they hit me up, I didn't even remember applying. After they emailed to set up the second interview, I went and applied for the 'many positions' they had open. The day arrived and I went in for the interview, where they took my resume at the front desk. The manager asked me a few things about my work history but then it was all about how people get promoted in the company, how many sponsors, etc. I got the second interview, which turned out to be a field trip of sorts. Ended up going to a retailer to sell products. Turns out there are no 'different positions', no matter what position you apply for there's only one starting position, which is sales and you can only get promoted in a straight line to the same jobs. If you see many entry positions open and you still want to apply, do any one because there's only one job open anyways. After my first day I decided it wasn't for me.

Had a quick simple phone interview, then an in-person interview with a manager. They talk about a company growth structure that seems really ambitious, promising big money. The second interview was a full day job shadow at Walmart, trying to sell internet and TV services. The manager wanted answers to marketing questions during the shadow. The pay is commission-based with low starting potential. They boast about quick promotions, but it feels like a big risk.
