I sent in my application online and got a response in about a day to come in for an interview the next day. I managed to clear my schedule and went for the first interview. The manager spoke about my work history; I was previously a project manager for a production group in Orlando, FL called Kriscoart productions. After giving a quick overview of the company's history and how it operates, he set up a second interview. During the second interview, I gained a deeper understanding of the company's origins, current state, and future direction. I felt a good connection with the interviewer and was subsequently invited for a final interview, where the position was officially offered to me.

The first interview was a quick 20-minute 'meet and greet' where they mainly discussed the company's career progression for trainees. I got a call that same night saying I was moving on to the next round. A few days later, I arrived for the second interview, filled out some forms, and waited with about six other candidates. While waiting, I heard yelling and chanting from the back. About half an hour past my scheduled time, they took two groups for interviews, leaving me and one other person. Another 20 minutes later, they still hadn't called us back, and when they finally addressed the other person, they didn't even know who I was and had to confirm my name and reason for being there. After another 5-10 minutes with no movement, I decided to withdraw my application due to the extreme unprofessionalism and tardiness in starting what was supposed to be a long interview.

Behavioral Presentation

I really enjoyed the interview process! It started with a preliminary phone interview, and then the next day I had a face-to-face interview with the director, Mr. Bolwala. What I enjoyed most was that it was in person, which allowed Mr. Bolwala to get to know me, and it also gave me a chance to get to know Mr. Bolwala and get a feel for the office environment. Mr. Bolwala was great and very informative, sharing all the job details, my potential for growth, and opportunities to advance within the company. Overall, I left with a fantastic impression of the company; the employees seem highly motivated and goal-driven!
