I applied through my university and got a very fast response, setting up a phone interview. It was short and simple, mostly just the interviewer explaining the company and the program. They couldn't answer many of my questions. Next, I had to set up an in-person interview. This involved three 30-minute sessions with people from QA and Connectivity Consulting. Each interview was a bit different, but they mostly covered my background and included a couple of brain teasers. The brain teasers were pretty standard and I'd seen most of them before. I was offered a QA analyst role after this but decided not to pursue it because it seemed more like glorified tech support than a real development program. It might be good if you want to go into business consulting, but I didn't think the program itself would teach me much. The people seemed nice and content.

After submitting an online application, I had a first phone interview where we discussed my background and the specifics of the role. The recruiter was notably 30 minutes late for this call. Following that, there was a Skype interview with three people from different departments. They appeared disengaged and uninterested. The questions were typical, such as asking for examples of past situations and reasons for interest in EZE. Subsequently, I attended an in-office interview with three directors. This session also involved similar types of questions and lasted around two hours, with a significant amount of waiting time or time between interviewers. The overall process spanned about two months. It's important to be ready to discuss your experiences, particularly those demonstrating logical reasoning and technological familiarity. I received an offer about a week after the final interview.

The interview process started with a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. Before the in-person meeting, I had to answer 27 questions covering my education choices and reasons, plus standard questions about teamwork, my strengths and weaknesses, and instances where I missed a deadline. During the in-person interview, I was in a room with three interviewers: one from QA and two from the connectivity team. Each interviewer focused on specific parts of the pre-interview questions. Two of them also asked logic questions that were pretty straightforward.
