The interview process for this role was a bit rough on the recruiting side, with lots of follow-ups needed to get scheduled. Product Manager
This interview process dragged on for like 6 months, with about 7 interview rounds. Pretty much everyone in the product team interviewed me. It was super slow, like one interview would happen and then complete silence for a month. This company is just starting up in India and has only hired 5 people so far. I wasn't even sure when to hire because the office space wasn't ready. I wouldn't recommend it. They've used a lot of small HR consulting firms for hiring, so try to skip the trouble.
- What would be your first steps upon joining the company?
- Can you explain your understanding of "blocking and allocations"?
- What is your knowledge of product management?
