Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process for this role was a bit rough on the recruiting side, with lots of follow-ups needed to get scheduled. I received duplicate generic emails, making it unclear who was managing the process. My advice would be to keep following up, as they might still be interested even if it doesn't seem like it. After a phone screening and a phone interview, I had an in-person interview with four people. They asked standard experience and situational questions, and seemed understanding of candidates without finance background or those early in their careers. They also asked about interests on my resume, which was a nice touch. I had already accepted an offer elsewhere by the time they got back to me, and they had apparently offered the role to someone else anyway.

Behavioral Technical

This interview process dragged on for like 6 months, with about 7 interview rounds. Pretty much everyone in the product team interviewed me. It was super slow, like one interview would happen and then complete silence for a month. This company is just starting up in India and has only hired 5 people so far. I wasn't even sure when to hire because the office space wasn't ready. I wouldn't recommend it. They've used a lot of small HR consulting firms for hiring, so try to skip the trouble.
