Behavioral Technical Case

I applied online and about two weeks later, the recruiter, Laura Stapleton, contacted me by email. We set up an initial 30-minute phone call. During the call, she asked about my resume, my interest in the role, and my knowledge of Eze Castle and the OMS software. I really recommend doing your research beforehand. At the end, she asked about my availability for an in-person interview with some managers. I gave her my availability and we scheduled it for the following week. The in-person interview lasted a little over an hour with two managers. The first manager focused on my background and education to see if I was a good fit. The second manager gave me a brainteaser, which took about 10 minutes to solve, and then asked a few more questions. Laura emailed me the same day to say I was invited to Round 2, which was scheduled for the next week. In Round 2, I interviewed with two directors. Both gave me a logic question and asked about my background and interest in Eze Castle. They also shared a lot of information about the role. One director was quite tough, asking challenging questions similar to a finance interview. For example, when asked why Eze Castle, he wasn't satisfied with my initial answer and asked for a different one. After the interview process, Laura notified me a week later that they chose a candidate with more industry experience. I understand since I lacked financial industry experience. Overall, I found the process to be fair, professional, and well-organized.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • I had three different brainteasers throughout the course of the interview process. If you go online and spend about 3 hours on websites dedicated to preparing you for brainteaser interviews, you'll be fine.

The whole thing was done in under a week, which was pretty fast. A recruiter gave me a call first. Then there was a group interview. After that, I had three 1:1 interviews with the senior management team. Lastly, I had a phone interview with a senior partner. They seemed really interested in my hobbies and what I do in my free time, I guess to see if I was available for extra work hours.

The interview process began with a recruiter from EzeSoft's Boston office reaching out about their LDP opportunity. After gathering info on my background, the recruiter scheduled a phone interview with HR. Unfortunately, the HR person missed the scheduled call, so I had to follow up after waiting an hour. Once we finally connected and completed the interview, the HR person decided I was overqualified for the LDP role and instead set up another phone interview with me for a Consultant position. Then, they asked me to come in to meet the team, where I was supposed to meet with 4 consultants. However, one consultant wasn't available, so I had to come back to the office another time. Honestly, the whole process felt really unorganized and frustrating.
