Customer Service Representative
I have 15 years of customer service experience, and I had 1 phone screen, 1 phone interview, and my 3rd interview today was by zoom. They were very nice and I got a little stuck on the question about something you could of gotten away with but told your Boss... I hope I get the job.

Customer Service Representative
The interview process kicked off with a phone call from HR who asked basic questions about my past experience and my interest in ezcater, while also giving me a chance to learn about the company. Things went well. The next day, I got an online writing assessment and a quiz, which I finished the same day. Then, I was asked to schedule a call with the department supervisor. This call happened two days later, and again, I felt it went very well. The questions were similar to the first interview, and each call lasted about 20-30 minutes. On the same day as the supervisor call, I was invited for an in-person interview and a ride-along. A few days later, I went in for a planned 2-hour session. Upon arrival, I was greeted and taken to a room for the ride-along, where I spent 45 minutes with an employee, observing their work and asking questions. That part was great! However, after the employee left, the supervisors came in, and I felt they were a bit disinterested. They only asked me two questions in about 15 minutes, ending the interview quickly. So, I was only there for an hour in total, with most of that time spent observing. I felt they didn't really care about my input or perhaps weren't well-prepared. I'm really disappointed about not getting an offer, especially with over ten years in customer service and four years in management. I believe a more substantial sit-down interview would have allowed me to contribute more and discuss my skills effectively.

Customer Service Representative
They crammed the interview process into 3 segments; a phone call, another phone call and finally an in-person interview. They were trying to get me interviewed before their March 25th class began. I accommodated. The phone calls were straight forward but when I met with them in person it was a little.....lacking. They asked me about 3 questions and then couldn't think of anything else to ask. They joked around, swore, it was laid back but sort of unprofessional. I received a call a few days later saying it seemed like I was looking for more of a sales role.... I wasn't...at all.... It seems they didn't do a thorough job interviewing and it resulted in an inaccurate analysis of myself.
- Tell me about a time you had to handle a very angry customer.
