Associate Account Executive
Had a 30-minute call with the Recruiter, then a 30-minute call with the Manager. After that, there was a 1.5-hour Zoom with the Team lead, manager, and director, separately. It was pretty casual, but I wasn't asked questions about my sales background or sales behavioral questions in the last interview.
- What are you currently teaching yourself?
- What was a tough goal you accomplished?
Account Executive
Started with a phone screen with their sales recruiter, then had an on-site interview with managers and sales team individuals, and finished with a "mock call". The feedback was poorly delivered, focusing on me as a person rather than my skills, making me feel discouraged. Despite not getting an offer, the recruiter was nice and promised connections for further interviews, but these individuals never called back and didn't respond to follow-ups. I'd suggest avoiding this opportunity unless you're aiming for a senior role with slightly below-market pay, as they seem to mislead candidates about their chances.
- What personal information should we be aware of that is not included in your resume?
Account Executive
I first chatted with a recruiter and then a sales manager over the phone. After that, I came in and interviewed with three senior sales managers. Then, I was placed on a team. It was a pretty simple process, honestly. They really just wanted to see if I'd be a good cultural fit and didn't focus on much else.
- Are you a cultural fit?
