So this interview was a zoom call back in 2021, lasted about an hour. It seemed to be going great initially. There were five interviewers, including a senior architect and a principal. I really laid out my work, achievements, and how I collaborate, especially during the pandemic. I also asked about things like equity, pro-bono projects, and growth within the company, but their answers were vague. They appeared interested, but it didn't seem to pan out later, as I never heard back after a few follow-up emails, which I thought was unprofessional.

This was a great interview process. I met with the right people who could answer my questions and help me understand the firm's vision and the position itself. I also got information on benefits and work-life balance. Everyone was very welcoming and inclusive, making it seem like a great place to work.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty standard interview process. I had to fill out some paperwork about my past jobs and background checks first. Then, an HR rep and the project coordinator talked with me about my skills, what I'm good at, what I'm not so good at, and my career aims. I showed them my portfolio with my school and work projects. They gave me feedback as we went, which helped me understand how I was doing. It was basically a typical job application.
