I submitted my application online and got a call for an interview about a week after. I had three technical interviews, and they were all pretty straightforward, covering fundamental networking and Linux concepts. They also delved into my resume, inquiring about past projects and my skill set. Overall, it felt like a manageable process. Following that, there was an HR interview. You should definitely brace yourself for this round; it's a rapid-fire session where you're not given much time to pause and think. The HR interview structure here is quite unusual, and it might leave you feeling a bit off afterward.

I had an interview with two managers, one for hardware and one for software. They were both really chill and told me about their teams and what they do at Extron. We talked about the company's history and how they work with customers. Extron is known for great customer support because their engineers help installers with everything. They really care about good social skills in interviews, and knowing about AV gear is a bonus. They want people who are passionate about the AV industry and ready to learn. Expect mostly behavioral questions, maybe a few technical ones. They'll definitely ask about your resume, so know it well.
