The interviewers were nice and professional. They were clear about what I needed to expect and what was expected of me as a quality assurance intern. A short tour of the facility was also given to show me more about what was expected.

HR called me and was very nice to set up an onsite interview with the hiring manager. The onsite interview involved a 30-minute talk with the QA manager, then a whiteboard interview with another manager. I had to wait about half an hour for the HR interview that same day, but they sent me home and said they'd call me another day for it. I got called back for the HR interview after 2 days. The HR person had a list of questions and seemed to want specific answers. They brought up points like not wearing perfume, no smoking, and clocking in on time, along with some behavioral questions.

The interview process at this company felt a bit out of order. I was initially invited for an in-person interview where I was asked some pretty straightforward questions based on my resume. After that, I had another meeting scheduled with HR. The technical interviewers were really good, but the HR person was a real challenge and didn't seem to take much ownership. Later, I had another meeting with HR, and they reviewed my resume, stating that I was actually unqualified for the role because I didn't have a degree in Computer Science. I questioned why I was even brought in for the technical interviews, and then I told them I was no longer interested. HR just said they weren't available previously, even though it was the same person who contacted me the week before to set up the interview. My advice: do a quick phone screen first before bringing candidates in for a technical interview. It would have saved everyone time if they had just done a phone screen.
