The interview process had two stages. First, the agency did an initial screening. Then, there was a technical interview followed by an HR interview. It was professionally conducted over the phone. The technical interview was relevant to the field, and the HR interview focused on general HR practices, specifically decision-making.

I had an initial phone call where they asked about my background and how it fits the role here. A couple days later, I went in for an onsite interview with the Engineering manager and two product managers. It was mostly behavioral questions, asking about my experience at my previous company. I got a call from the manager two days after that with the offer.

They came to our university to recruit, and out of about 10 students, they invited 2 to Houston. When we got there, we found out there were 10 of us from different colleges and only 5 would get a job. The next day we had six 45-minute interviews. Most were pretty straightforward, but one interview was different, where they really grilled you with difficult and complex questions that had no right answer.
