The Nonprofit Consultant Externship had 3 rounds: an essay, a video, and a short interview. There was a 2-3 week wait between each round, and I got the results a few days after the last interview. The interviewer rescheduled the interview time 30 minutes before it was supposed to start and didn't respond when I told them I was unavailable on the day they chose, so I had to change my plans to make it.

You will start with an application and then do a video interview. The video interview will ask you to tell your story and how it relates to this chance, and you can be creative with it.
