The interview process was super friendly, really straightforward, and I felt totally welcomed. I got to introduce myself, chat about my past experiences, and explain why I wanted to be part of The Alley. They asked questions about customer service, teamwork, and dealing with busy or tough times. It felt like a real conversation, and I liked that I could show my personality and learn more about working there. It actually made me more hyped about the job.

The interview process was fast. I went in and filled out the application. The doctor interviewed me. They asked business-related questions and general nursing questions. The doctor was new, and the home has had a lot of doctors recently.
