Food Service Supervisor
It was a chatty interview, mostly situational and behavioral stuff. The person interviewing me made me feel chill, so I wasn't that stressed. It went on for a while, and they were cool about it, explaining the questions so I got them.
- Describe a time you managed a major change.
Coop Student
This guy was nice and gave off good vibes, but I didn't get a call back. It was an online interview, and he asked questions in a really conversational way. We talked for a decent amount of time over webcam. They didn't end up ranking me, but he did say it was a good opportunity.

- Tell me about a time you worked in a team.

Analyst
The interview process had 3 rounds. The first round was an Excel technical test that had a 1-hour time limit. The second round was a 30-minute video interview with 2 project managers. The third round was a 15-minute video interview with a director. The first and second rounds were not difficult. The third round interview was scheduled very early on a Monday morning. The interviewer said it would be a casual conversation, but then he asked many technical questions and asked me to recall details about the Excel test I had taken a week prior. I didn't get an offer. I felt like I was tricked, especially having to go into detail about an Excel test done days before at 9 am on a Monday.
- Tell me about your past work experience using Excel.
- Why are you a great fit for this position?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
