I had three phone interviews. They asked normal questions like how I handled difficult situations. They told me about the job and what I'd be doing. They also asked how well I knew some of the programs they use. Then they asked about my previous jobs and what I liked and disliked about them. Finally, they asked how I handle stress and if I'm okay with working outside normal business hours sometimes.

I applied online after being redirected from a job board. I got an email saying they were considering me, and then another for a call with the recruiter. After the initial chat, there was a 30-45 min technical interview about my current role and what I'd be doing at Express Scripts. This took about a month. Then, I had a video interview with four people (two at a time). A few weeks later, I had a final tech interview which was more of a discussion. A few days after that, I was told I got the job and received an offer. The whole process was great, and the questions were situational, ending with chats about my hobbies, free time, and goals for the next few years.

The interview process is pretty standard, but they do tend to take their sweet time with callbacks and making decisions. It took a while to even get a date confirmed for the first interview. It started with an HR phone call, then a meeting with two managers, and finally a meeting with the director. They asked standard questions, basically wanting to know about your past work experience and how it connects to the role. Everyone seemed nice and friendly, but even though they might say they're trying to decide quickly, it rarely happens. I'd expect to hear back in at least two weeks.
