I had a phone screen first. Then I went in for an in-person interview. They met me in the lobby and took me to a meeting room for the interview. After the interview, they asked me to do an assessment. Then they brought me back to the lobby. I sent a thank you email later that day.

I applied online for an analyst role, and after a quick phone chat, I went in for a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and two senior folks. They asked standard questions like asking me to talk about myself and my knowledge of the company. Then they asked what I thought the job was about. I figured it involved data analysis with tools like Excel to make reports. But they said no, it was just data entry and stuffing envelopes. I then made it clear I wasn't interested because I wanted a real analyst job. A few weeks later, a recruiter offered me the job, but I declined since I had already told the hiring manager I wasn't interested. I guess others who were misled also turned it down.

I applied online and a recruiter reached out about a week after. The interviews were standard for analyst roles, and they got a bit harder as I moved through the rounds. The interview questions and how they were asked seemed to change depending on the recruiter or hiring manager, with some focusing more on practical experience and others on theory. The interviews were interactive, and I was able to ask questions to get a better understanding of the role.
