It was pretty standard. The recruiter was helpful but really hard to get ahold of and always late. I had two rounds of panel interviews, both over the phone. I never heard back from HR about if I got the job.

Behavioral Group Presentation

The interview process started with a phone call with the recruiter. This was followed by a group/panel interview where, although everyone was polite, they seemed to ask the same questions with different wording, focusing on behavioral and "what if" scenarios. The third interview was a 1:1 with the hiring manager, who appeared preoccupied and didn't ask many questions. I was told I'd hear back within two weeks but never did. After contacting the recruiter three times, he finally responded, stating they promoted someone internally. This meant I didn't get the offer.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by HR after submitting my resume online. I had phone interviews scheduled a week out. The first interview was a panel with two Directors and one Sr. Account Manager. It was mostly situational questions, but one kept asking why I wanted to come back. The second interview was a 1-on-1 with the Hiring Manager. This was more like a chat to see how I sound on the phone. The questions were very direct. I didn't hear back after the first interview. However, the hiring manager gave me feedback after the second interview within the promised timeframe. One experience was bad, the other was good. I'll try again later in the year.
