It felt more like an appointment than an interview. I had to do a bunch of computer tests and fill out some paperwork. There were four computer tests: word processing, Excel, data entry, and typing. Only the typing test was timed, and it was tough because some keys were faded, which messed with my score. I think I passed them all, though. On paper, there were also basic math problems, alphabetizing, problem-solving, and word problems. They gave me a calculator, so most of those were pretty easy. After finishing the tests, I got a booklet and was told to check back weekly for openings. It's been over a month, and they haven't found anything. I'm not sure if my consultant or anyone there is actually helping people find jobs. I thought I was applying for a secretary role, but I got this 'Welcome to Express' booklet for an 'Express Associate' position, which pays nothing. You only get paid if you're given assignments, and they haven't given me any. The whole thing took four time-consuming hours.
