Interviews were easy. They basically ask what you want, and the branch owner might have a position for you directly. It's a business-to-business sales job and the pay can be pretty good if you manage to place people in jobs.

The hiring manager mentioned I had kids, which was odd since I intentionally didn't share personal info. The manager seemed knowledgeable about the industry but lacked understanding of marketing or sales concepts. It appeared they weren't effectively marketing their business, relying instead on a revolving door of Business Development professionals.

There are four stages: first a telephone call where they ask general questions like why you want to work there and specific questions about your previous jobs. Then there's a group stage where you need to know about different issues facing companies. After that, a 1 on 1 interview with questions about relevant skills, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Lastly, an on the job evaluation for a couple of hours. The whole process took about 5 weeks.
