It's pretty straightforward. You'll complete some paperwork and then have a meeting with a representative. After passing the UA and completing your I9, you'll be ready to start soon. The whole thing is quick and efficient.

It seemed to be one initial interview, and the hiring process was quite straightforward. It's usually very busy there, so be ready to complete your application in a lobby alongside other candidates. Once you've filled out the application, you'll meet with an advisor for your area of interest, and they'll place you with a company that matches your background. If necessary, drug and aptitude tests are administered during the initial interview phase. A background check might have also been part of it, but I'm not entirely sure.

The interview process was shoddy, unprofessional, and overall rather hastily contrived. It was a very mild understatement of the matter. I would have done far better interviewing at the local State Unemployment Office.
