After I sent in my resume, I went for an interview and then was asked to come back for some testing. When I asked about the time commitment for the testing, I was told it would take about an hour or two. Upon my arrival at ten, the interviewer gave me a strange look and asked if I planned to work through lunch. I mentioned that I was informed it would take approximately two hours, to which they responded with 'oh'. I'm not sure how many tests were scheduled, but after two and a half hours and completing several tests, I was quite annoyed. The tests included typing, basic and advanced office skills, and other tasks unrelated to accounting, in addition to four accounting-specific tests.

I had a good chat with the line recruiter. Based on my experience level, they passed me to a specialist. They found me some good work and have reached out about other opportunities too.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a call from a recruiter, which was pretty chill and focused on getting to know me. Then, there were two written tests. After that, I had an interview with the HR person from the company I'd be working for, followed by another chat with the controller and supervisor. It wasn't too difficult.
