AI Engineer
The interview process started with an initial screening with an architect. After that, I completed a take-home project. The final round involved 4 interviews over 4 hours, covering a project debrief, a front-end technical interview, a product interview, and a final Q&A. I was told I was the leading candidate, but then the company became unresponsive for weeks. We eventually found out they disqualified me due to a minor concern, even though I had proof of my skills in that area. I would avoid this company as they seem to look for a perfect candidate who meets every single requirement.

QA Analyst
I had a phone interview which went very well. I think it was the Development Manager who interviewed me. After that, they brought me in for a few interviews with different people. Everyone was really nice and seemed more focused on selling the company to me rather than hearing about my background. I honestly thought they were going to offer me the job on the spot. But they didn't. I received a rejection email not long after. I'm still trying to figure out what happened, and I wish they would have just told me if they weren't interested.

Software Engineer
It was a really professional interview. First, there was a phone screen where they told me about the company and the job, and I could ask questions. Then, they set up an onsite interview at a time that worked for me. Experticity has a really positive and welcoming vibe, which I noticed right away when I got there. At the onsite, I met with different people from the team, like the IT director, a business analyst/project manager, and some other programmers. They explained the company's main goals and plans and asked for my opinions and ideas. I also got to ask them questions. After that, I had a technical interview for the role. I showed them some of my previous work and answered questions to check my technical knowledge and skills. It felt pretty relaxed and professional. I also asked about their current projects and how they approach technical challenges. Finally, I had a chance to ask any remaining questions. All in all, the interview experience was great.
- Can you explain the purpose and lifecycle of an Activity?
Java/Node.js Engineer
I had three interview rounds, each with a pair of engineers or managers. They asked basic whiteboard coding questions. I got referred by two people who work there. After the interviews, I tried to get feedback from the HR person I was talking to multiple times, asking specifically if I got the job or not. They said they would let me know. I followed up, and my contacts at the company even emailed him to ask if he would respond. Still no answer. Two months later, I received a generic email saying they decided to hire someone else. Total waste of time.
