I put in my application online and got a call for an initial screening within the first week. Then I had to do some online tests, which included a typing test and recording myself reading some audio for diction and grammar. The very next day, I spoke with the initial screener again, and right after that, I had another interview with management. They offered to move me forward to the background and drug screening process the same day.

I had a short but nice phone interview, and then was set up for a one-hour on-site interview. I felt it went well and really enjoyed meeting everyone. They told me I'd be moving on to a third interview and asked for references. I gave them my references, and my most recent supervisor (a VP) was contacted. My reference let me know they called him and that he gave me a great recommendation. However, the interview was never scheduled. I tried calling, emailing, and even reaching out to the recruiter and interviewer on LinkedIn, but I never got a response, not even a "thanks but no thanks" message. The job seemed to disappear, so I assumed it was either filled or closed, but I was still surprised to just vanish into the black hole after they invested time in interviewing me. I liked the people a lot, so if they called me back with a good explanation, I'd take the job, but only if I could help fix their recruiting process. Not even an email is just not acceptable. (General etiquette is an email if it was a quick phone screen, and a phone call if you went in for an interview.)

I applied online and got a call back from a recruiter for a phone chat a few days later. After that, they set me up for an in-person interview. I met with a panel of two leads who were really nice. They told me HR would email me in two days, but I was surprised I didn't get an offer. They didn't think my pharmacy skills were what they needed. It doesn't make sense to me since the recruiter thought I was a good fit and why would they pass on a fully qualified tech willing to work in a call center when they have 100 openings?

It has three interviews and one examination. The initial interview will screen a group about how versatile they are as well as how they converse with English language. This is followed by an examination. After passing the examination, you'll have your final interview with HR. After that is one last interview with the operations manager. Beware of the interview with operations manager as much as possible, prepare for a mock call.
