I spoke with a recruiter from Experis. The first step was a phone interview, followed by an unexpected Teams call. The recruiter became quite persistent in requesting information on the same day. After that, I had to complete an online assessment. The assessment itself was buggy and required me to use Mozilla just to open it and get it installed correctly (it was a legacy create react app). It involved a simple todo app with basic React and styling questions. I finished it within an hour and submitted it. The next day, I followed up for an update but didn't hear back from the recruiter until the following week. This was bad timing because the company was making decisions by the end of that week. The recruiter then ghosted me, only to reply the following week with the explanation that my assessment wasn't strong enough, which surprised me given how basic the exercises were. I wouldn't recommend this company; they seem disorganized and don't keep applicants informed.

Technical Coding Behavioral

The company did a pool campus drive. The first round was in April, which was a Merittrac test with simple aptitude and easy coding questions. After a month, shortlisted candidates had a second technical round. Then, selected candidates had a voice round, the purpose of which was unclear. Without announcing the results of the third round, they congratulated everyone and said candidates would get a call from Manipal University for an HR round, and the rejection chance was negligible, so it wasn't really an elimination round. Some got the call within 2-3 days, but many had to wait another month, constantly asking for the call. Some received confirmation emails, but many were rejected after this, and a few are still on hold. I've never seen a company take 3 months for selection.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process included aptitude tests, technical rounds, manager interviews, and HR interviews. It was a good round, with simple questions asked in the HR part about myself. The technical questions were tough. It was a technical, manager, and HR round, followed by aptitude, technical, manager, and HR rounds, repeated several times.
