Behavioral Other

The interview process started with a brief video call, followed by an in-person interview. I arrived early, but the interviewers were 10-15 minutes late. The interview felt more aggressive than job-focused, with questions that seemed unrelated and made me uncomfortable. The whole experience felt like a waste of time, and it seemed like they hire and fire quickly. They made it sound like I would get the job, but I received a rejection email.

Behavioral Other

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and after applying, I had a call with her. It took about two weeks to hear back. Then I had an in-person interview. The interviewers were a bit late and dressed casually because they were going to laser tag, which felt unprofessional and everyone seemed distracted. After a normal interview, I shadowed a recruiter for about 15 minutes longer than scheduled, as the managers were busy with their team outing. Two weeks later, I was told I wouldn't be moving forward, with no feedback. The whole process was disappointing due to poor communication from the recruiter and setting the interview on an inconvenient day for that office.

Behavioral Presentation

They put me at ease and asked good questions that let me show what I'm good at for the job. The interviewer was clear about what they wanted and let me say what I was looking for too. What was cool was that they said I was interviewing them and the company as much as they were interviewing me. I got lots of chances to ask questions, and they answered everything honestly and openly.
