Behavioral Technical Presentation

The whole process took about a week. First, a 20-minute call with the recruiter to see if I was a good fit, check pay, and go over contract stuff. Then, super fast, I had a 30-minute interview with two engagement managers from the client side. They asked me some technical questions about my past projects and PMO experience, plus some behavioral ones. The last interview, about 30-45 minutes, was with the hiring manager. It was a mix of behavioral questions and ones specific to the job. I got the offer the same day as my last interview.

Behavioral Technical

Experis reached out to me about a Project Management position they thought I'd be a good fit for. The recruiter seemed really enthusiastic and scheduled an interview with her manager, which went well. Next, I had an interview with the company, which also seemed to go well, and I was told I'd move on to the hiring manager. However, the interview with the hiring manager was canceled the day of, with no explanation. I contacted the recruiter for answers but didn't get any. After two days and another message left, I called again the following week, and the recruiter still didn't have an explanation but said they'd check with their manager. It's been a month, and I've heard nothing back. I'm really disappointed by the lack of professionalism from Experis.
