Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Experis.
Consultant
It was a pretty standard corporate hiring process, went pretty smoothly. There were 4 rounds in total, including the initial chat with the recruiter. They spaced out the interviews by about a week each, which worked out to fit everyone's schedules, both the candidates and the hiring team.
- Can you discuss your background and your technical expertise in area x?
Senior Consultant
The whole process was over the phone except for the last one which was a video conference with the client. We had great chemistry from the start. The client evaluated the technical knowledge, while Experis focused on salary expectations and work conditions.
- Could you tell me why you are looking to change your current job?
- What are your expectations regarding salary?
- Are you available for travel?
Consultant
Got some info about my studies, my interests, but then never heard back. Too bad, I was really interested in the positions they had open, especially for personal growth and gaining experience.
- What do you want to do in the company?
