Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Experis.
IT Business Analyst
Had 3 interviews: a first meeting with HR, then a deeper one with Sales and Operations, and finally a technical interview with the client. The HR interview was quite simple, and the HR person was polite and helpful. They were very quick in giving feedback and interview results.
- Tell us about yourself.
- How is your workday organized?
- What methodologies have you worked with?
Business Analyst
The interview process was straightforward. I had a call with the Hiring Manager and then an in-person panel interview with the team. An offer was extended by the client. However, the onboarding process through Experis for candidates on Visas was concerning. My visa transfer was denied because Experis provided expired paperwork to the US government. Their immigration team appears incompetent, taking no ownership or accountability. They also mishandled new employees, with no returned calls or communication. Visa candidates should be wary!
- Can you share some details about your past work experience?
Business Analyst
So I got on the phone for an initial chat about my experience and salary expectations. After that, I went through a few more interviews with the actual company. It was mostly about going through my resume and asking basic questions. They also gave me a skills assessment and an IQ test. The whole thing from applying to getting the job offer took about 2 to 3 weeks.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Regarding the client's technical needs, what experience do you possess?
- Could you tell me about your previous role?
