Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Experis.
Account Manager
The HR recruiter was super helpful, clear, and professional. The whole process had 5 parts: first a call with HR, then an online test for thinking skills. After that, there were 3 interviews with the main vp manager, the CEO, and the head of HR. Lastly, they need at least 2 references from past managers.
- What kind of training duration would you need?
Account Manager
Several rounds of interviews happened. In the end, they didn't have an enterprise position that I wanted, where I could work remotely. The interviewers were very friendly and personable. The interviews felt like conversations.
- Are you open to overnight travel?
- What clients would you be able to bring?
- What are your typical margins?
Account Manager
The interview took 2 days. Day one was a general HR round and the next was a technical round. The first round was more about personality and the next round was a bit tougher. The interview creates a good impression about the company but real picture is different.
- Can you describe your general work experience?
- What can you tell me about your experience at your former employers?
