Project Manager
It was a pretty thorough interview process. First, I spoke with a recruiter, then I met with the hiring manager, the development manager, and finally, a panel interview. The interviews were conversational but also went into detail. We had detailed discussions about my background and how it relates to the position, the teams, and how I'd fit in with them.
- Can you explain your approach to managing a team that is spread out or disconnected?
Project Manager
I had 4 total phone calls with the CRM team. The first was a 15-minute phone screening to see if I would move forward. Then there were 3 more interviews with 4 people total. One was with the manager of CRM, another with the director of the group, and a final one with two members of the CRM team. The whole process was a bit time-consuming. Once I finished the last interview, I never heard back. After 4 different meetings, an update of not getting the position should be a minimum.
- Which of the 10 skills that require zero talent do you possess?
- Can you provide a more detailed overview of your work experience?
- How many people have you collaborated with as a Project Manager?
Associate Project Manager
The interview process was good. There were 3 rounds in total. The first round was a JAM round, the second round was a video conference with someone from the UK, and the third round was with HR. I made it to the second round, but I wouldn't really call this an 'experience' until I manage to crack all the rounds. It was a wonderful lookover though.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you a good fit for this position?
- What are your thoughts on this role?
