I applied and then got invited to complete an online assessment. The assessment is meant to grade your work style and learning ability. The personality part will apparently find things that aren't true about you and send that to the company. And for the learning ability part, if you mess up the first question, you're basically screwed for the rest of it, and then the report will just tell you that you can't learn.
