It was an easy interview. First, we had 3 competency questions, then they asked me why I was interested in the role and some technical questions about using computers/laptops. After that, they gave me a tour around the building.

The interview process at Experian was really well-organized and structured. HR was super responsive and kept me in the loop. The interviewers were nice, knew their stuff, and made me feel at ease. They looked at both technical skills and if I'd fit in with the company culture, which is cool because it shows they care about their employees. All in all, it was a great experience.

I got a phone call on Wednesday 09/12/2015 about a telephone interview scheduled for Friday 11/12/2015. If I passed that, I would then attend an assessment on the same day at 2.00pm. On Friday morning, I had the phone interview, which went okay. Then I was asked to attend the afternoon assessment, which included a team building exercise and then an interview. I was told I'd get an email with interview questions to help me prepare. I received the email at 1.00pm, just as I was leaving for the interview, so I couldn't prepare as much as I'd hoped. I went to the interview and completed it. On Monday 14/12/2015, I got a call asking how I felt about the interview. I said I thought I did really well in the team building exercise but not so well in the interview. They agreed and said they wouldn't be offering me a job. I feel like they rushed everything, and I only had a couple of hours to prepare instead of a day, especially since it took them over an hour and a half to send me the document.
